Maintenance Plans
Facilities often brush and groom their pitches in-house with the equipment supplied at installation, but this is rarely enough on its own. Without professional upkeep, surfaces end up needing rejuvenation or decompaction.
A regular maintenance plan keeps your surface performing, reduces the need for reactive work (which is more time-consuming and costly) and helps it meet the standards for ROSPA inspections and FA tests. Many facilities that try a one-off clean go on to a regular plan to keep that standard.
- Planned, preventative maintenance tailored to your surface and how it is used
- Flexible scheduling, before you open or around your bookings
- A signed job sheet for every appointment
- Photos of the completed work uploaded to our software the same day
- Report repairs and request appointment changes through the software
- Repairs of up to 2 linear metres included in each appointment
No contract neededWe can quote for a single visit or ongoing work, whichever suits you.

Surface Repair
Repairs keep a surface safe, playable and looking right, and stop small problems turning into bigger ones. Our operatives are experienced in surface repairs and we respond quickly to emergency call-outs, to keep disruption to your bookings to a minimum.
Local councils often call us to repair damage from vandalism or improper footwear, and leisure club groups use us for repairs across their sites.
- Seam repairs, where turf edges have separated or come loose
- Root protrusions, where growth beneath the turf creates uneven, trip-prone areas
- Patch replacement for heavily worn areas such as penalty spots and goal mouths
- Damage from vandalism or improper footwear
- Replacement of worn cut-in lines and lifted seams
Included in maintenance plansOngoing maintenance plans include repairs of up to 2 linear metres per appointment.

Deep Cleaning & Reactive Maintenance
Over time, artificial sports surfaces collect dirt, organic matter, moss, algae and airborne contaminants. Left untreated, this reduces playing performance, creates slip hazards, blocks drainage and shortens the life of the surface.
A professional deep clean improves safety, playability and appearance, and can add years to a surface, often avoiding the cost of replacing it. Many facilities assume a surface needs replacing when a deep clean and rejuvenation would do the job at a fraction of the cost. We only recommend replacement when it is the most economical long-term option.
- Artificial grass pitch cleaning for MUGAs, 3G pitches, school playgrounds and landscaped areas
- Tennis court cleaning and rejuvenation, including moss, algae and lichen treatment
- Wet pour playground cleaning to remove staining and inhibit moss, algae and bacteria
- Decompaction and infill redistribution to restore drainage and performance
- Rejuvenation of worn facilities, at a fraction of the cost of a new build
- One-off cleans for events, open days and pre-test preparation

Infills
Infill holds the carpet fibres upright, prevents early wear and affects shock absorption, ball bounce, ball roll and traction. Levels drop through use, weather and migration towards high-wear areas such as goal mouths and penalty spots, leaving fibres exposed.
We supply and install infills using specialist spreading and brushing equipment for an even finish. If infill is contaminated, adding more is not usually the answer, so our rejuvenation service cleans and redistributes the existing infill and tops up with fresh material where needed.
- Silica sand, SBR rubber crumb and other specialist infills
- Rubber crumb infill for 3G pitches
- Sand-dressed surface top-ups for tennis courts
- Specialist materials for clay and shale tennis courts
- Supply-only sand or SBR for facilities that top up high-wear areas themselves
Free infill surveyWe measure the exposed pile height across the pitch, compare it with the manufacturer's recommended infill depth, and tell you whether it needs a top-up, local replacement or more.

Line-marking
Fresh, accurate lines keep every game clear and safe. We can overmark existing lines, replace worn cut-in lines, or add new markings so a pitch can be used for more sports.
Multi-sport surfaces can increase a facility's bookings and memberships, for example by adding pickleball lines to a tennis court or netball markings to a hockey pitch.
- Robotic and manual line-marking for 2G and 3G surfaces, ideally as an annual summer appointment
- Additional lines to repurpose a pitch as a MUGA
- Court coating with binder and textured lines for macadam courts, meeting LTA and England Netball guidelines
- Replacement of worn cut-in lines in damaged areas

Uplift & Recycling
When a surface reaches the end of its life, we uplift the old carpet and infill so the base is ready for resurfacing or a new installation. Wherever possible, the old materials are recycled rather than sent to landfill.
We can plan uplift work together with resurfacing or a new installation through our sister company, Envirolawn, so the whole job is handled by one team.
- Uplift of worn artificial grass carpet and infill
- Recycling of old materials wherever possible
- Site left ready for resurfacing or a new installation
